Leatherworking tent: refill rested XP up to 5% of a level
At skill 20, a Leatherworker makes two tents from five Light Leather. It works only when rested XP is below 5% of a level.

Description
lets nearby seated players build rested experience up to a cap of 5% of the current level. It has no effect above that cap. The recipe unlocks after Camping 101: Leatherworking at skill 20. Five Light Leather make two tents. Placement needs a campfire and shares the camp feature's one-hour cooldown.
Effect
A tent helps before a stretch of mob kills when rested XP has run out. It does not add another 5% on top of an already full rested bar.
How to reproduce it
- Raise Leatherworking to 20 and finish the local Camping 101: Leatherworking quest.
- Craft two tents from five Light Leather and make a campfire outdoors.
- Place a tent and sit nearby. If rested XP already exceeds 5% of a level, save the item for later.
