Empty corpses can be opened for looting again
now follows Classic behavior: a creature corpse can be opened even when it dropped nothing. An empty window alone does not prove lost loot.

Effect
An interactable empty corpse is no longer enough to call the drop broken.
How to reproduce it
- Open a corpse after a kill.
- Distinguish an ordinary empty drop from a specific quest problem.
- For a bug report, include the quest, creature and build.
