Forever has an out-of-combat disease cure item

Ruins of Lordaeron, but this specific cure has not been tested there.
Description
On October 7, one player described a disease from ordinary enemies in Ruins of Lordaeron, the dungeon in Tirisfal Glades. It lasted 30 minutes, slowed movement and reduced damage. This is one gameplay report. The Forever database lists , which cures diseases up to level 35 on a target within 15 yards outside combat. It cannot be used while shapeshifted. The item cooldown is 1 minute.
Effect
The item gives groups without a disease cleanse a possible option after combat. A prepared stack may shorten downtime if the disease meets the item limit.
How to get it
- Obtain or learn at 140 and craft a supply. The manual’s specific source and current beta drop rate were not independently checked.
- In Ruins of Lordaeron, inspect the disease type and level. The report came from a group with a Druid tank and healer.
- Leave combat and shapeshift form, target an ally within 15 yards and use the poultice. If it does not remove the effect, record the disease name and build. No dungeon-specific test has been published yet.
