Covert Ops - Alpha: accepting the quest again restored the object
The report author could collect the plans after abandoning and accepting the quest again. The new test does not name a build.

On October 16, the report author said that abandoning and accepting again restored the quest object. The current advice now includes this reported workaround. Earlier failures on builds 70338 and 70374 remain historical. The new test does not name a build.
Description
, an Alliance quest available from level 17, requires retrieving plans from the lumber mill in 
Windshear Crag, Stonetalon Mountains. On October 16 at 03:26 UTC, draconicman edited the report: abandoning and accepting the quest again made the target object appear and become usable.
Effect
Accepting the quest again let the author get past the earlier blocker. The result covers one character. No build number or independent repeat was provided.
How to reproduce it
- If the plans at the lumber mill are unavailable, abandon in the quest log.
- Accept the same quest again from its quest giver.
- Return to the lumber mill in Windshear Crag and collect the plans. In draconicman’s report, the object appeared after accepting the quest again.
Further conditions
- The same author previously reported the unavailable object in builds 70338 and 70374. Those reports describe the earlier state.
- An official fix and exact object coordinates have not been confirmed.
