Added ranks: cooldown is reduced by 4 and 8 seconds; the unlock level remains unverified.
Description
Blizzard added to Feral row four. It works only in , spends 55% base Mana and grants 40 Energy at once. Its cooldown is 16 seconds. The Forever database tooltip still incorrectly says 0 Mana. Tiger’s Fury was removed from the tree. An October 7 Wowhead analysis adds that two points in shorten the cooldown from 16 to 8 seconds. The direct talent entry shows 4- and 8-second reductions by rank.
Effect
Check the Mana cost before changing talents. The ability adds Energy during a fight without leaving form.
How to reproduce it

- Enter . Use the talent when short on Energy and check the Mana cost.
- Plan around the 16-second cooldown. Do not rely on the outdated zero-Mana database tooltip.
- If you take , compare the cooldown after one and two points: the database indicates 12 and 8 seconds. Its exact unlock level is unconfirmed.
