Description
currently unlocks at level 40 according to Josh Greenfield in Wowhead podcast coverage. The team is discussing the right level. He mentioned 30 as a possibility without a decision or date.
Effect
Do not expect a second talent build in the current level-30 beta based solely on that remark.
How to reproduce it
- Plan your current talents around the available reset option.
- Check new Blizzard notes before trying to unlock a second build.
- Treat level 30 as a proposal until official notes or verifiable game data establish a change.
