Two diseases in Excavation Site: Wetlands: what to cleanse before the next fight
The Forever database lists 30 minutes for and 15 minutes for . Prepare a disease cleanse for the dungeon. Severe results in a fresh player report have no retest yet.
Description
On October 7, a player reported diseases during a run of , the dungeon in eastern Wetlands. An independent dungeon guide names two sources. in the trash packs applies . , a spider later on the route, applies . The Forever tooltip for says Spirit and Stamina fall by 15% for 30 minutes. The tooltip shows a 15% movement slow and 15 less physical and magical damage for 15 minutes. The forum author reported a cumulative 150% Stamina reduction and zero damage, but gave no buff screenshot, stack count or build number. Those extreme results remain unconfirmed.
Effect
These effects remain after a fight. If a group continues without removing disease, its tank may reach the next pack with less Stamina or damage. Agree on a disease cleanse before entering.
How to reproduce it
- Form a group for . Its official beta range is level 26-31, the current character cap is 30. A Priest can use from level 14, or a Paladin can use from level 8. A Priest is an option for either faction, choose a group that your faction can form.
- Watch the tank for in crocolisk packs. The guide links it to . Remove it after each fight before pulling the next pack.
- In the spider section, check for after attacks. Remove it before the next boss, then check that damage has returned.
- If no group member has a cleanse spell, is an item to try. The Forever database limits it to diseases up to level 35 and use outside combat. The level of these two diseases and whether the item removes them have not been tested, so this is not a confirmed fix.
- If you see a larger stat loss, record the build, exact disease name, stack count, and values before and after. This can test the forum report separately from the database tooltip.

The group entered without a disease cleanse. The tank reported Stamina nearly reaching zero and later dealing no damage. The author did not name the diseases or build, so the severity remains unverified.
