Undead Paladins: Lumina rescue problems reported
Fenris Isle reports describe aggro across floors and escort credit problems. No Blizzard fix is confirmed.
Status: Player reports. No official fix confirmation found.
Description
Fenris Isle is in
Silverpine Forest. is caged in the
Fenris Keep basement and gives a quest for the from . The database restricts this step to Undead Horde Paladins from level 18. On September 28, Arbonos reported aggro through walls and floors, rapid respawns and no party escort acceptance prompt. A September 27 Forever comment by Chobb independently describes cross-floor aggro and the NPC disappearing after reaching the pier.
Effect
This step is part of the path to . Check each party member’s quest log before starting instead of assuming shared escort credit. The reports establish complaints, not that every attempt fails.
How to reproduce it
- Reach the in your chain and find the basement cage in
Fenris Keep. If another player is escorting her, wait for her return. An empty cage alone does not prove a bug. - Loot the from and return to the cage. One player’s first-kill drop does not establish a drop rate.
- Before the escort starts, check every party member’s quest log. Without an acceptance prompt, do not assume another player’s start counts as your accepted quest.
- If the NPC disappears or credit fails, record the exact step, party members and stop location, then report it. No guaranteed workaround or respawn timer is established.
Further conditions
- Do not abandon the whole chain for an untested reset. Our existing article covers the quest order.

What players report
- Arbonos, Blizzard
Did not get the usual party acceptance prompt and repeated the escort three times. These are their attempts, not a recommended fix.

On September 24, explained that an empty cage can mean another player is already escorting her. Gave no return timer.

On September 22, got the key from the first gnoll. A successful drop example, not a 100% chance.

A recent step list points to the basement cage and looting the key from gnolls. This supports the objective, not an escort fix.
