Players can choose the reward from level 24. Horde finishes the chain in and Mulgore, Alliance in and . Acquisition in build 70245 has not been retested.
Description
Archive backfill: an October 3 Wowhead article and direct Forever database pages list as a reward from the chain for both factions. This blue item-level-33 two-hand staff has +12 Stamina, +5 Mana per 5 seconds, up to +67 healing and +22 spell damage. , the final boss of the dungeon, is linked to a that starts a faction quest. The faction quest chain requires at least level 24. Horde follows and . Alliance follows and . The staff is one of three choices at the final step. Older player reports describe losing the relic between quests. From October 4 to 6, players reported that retaking the quest returned it. We have not tested looting or turn-in on build 1.60.1.70245.
Effect
Healers at level 24 or above can check this chain before choosing a reward. The staff combines healing power with Mana regeneration. If the relic goes missing, check the quest state before retaking it.

How to get it
- Form a group for in . The faction quests require at least level 24. The staff's own item page does not show a separate level requirement. At the end, check 's loot for a . The database lists it as party loot, so a drop is not guaranteed.
- Horde: turn in the relic-started to at Elder Rise in . Take and check your bag for a . If it is missing, several players recovered it from October 4 by abandoning and retaking . Confirm that Bashana still offers the quest before abandoning it.
- Horde: bring the relic to at in northwest Mulgore. One player gave an approach at 39.7, 16.9, while another placed the turn-in at 33, 22. These are player reports, not coordinates verified by the site.
- Alliance: turn in the relic-started to at his excavation site. Take and check your bag. A comment updated on October 6 says abandoning and retaking this quest restores a lost relic. Check NPC availability before abandoning it.
