Bugs October 9, 15:58-17:00 UTC (18:58-20:00 Moscow time). Build 1.60.1.70291.
Check actual health when healing numbers look too low
Players disagree about reduced healing on higher-level targets. One test reports correct health gain despite a low log value.
Status: Player reports. A Blizzard fix is not confirmed.
Updated What changed
Added a separate check for stale spell ranks in after training.
Description
Build 70291 has reports of low on higher-level targets. Pebble described a level-18 paladin healing a level-22 bear, with numbers 50-60% below the tooltip. Aryxymaraki reported correct health gain while combat text and the log showed a smaller number. On October9 at21:16UTC (October10,00:16Moscow), irdoz reported a rank3 heal doing about100 rather than180 through . Removing and recreating the binding restored about180. This is a single workaround for one case. It does not explain every bear-target or level-scaling report.
Effect
A low log number alone does not yet establish lost healing.

How to reproduce it
- When checking , record healer and target levels, target form and spell rank.
- On a damaged target, compare health before and after the cast with the log value. Exclude overhealing.
- Repeat on another target without bear form. Post both records in the original thread.
