Horde players could enter after completing and its related quest chain. Wowhead relayed Josh Greenfield’s clarification: full access is not intended and the team will investigate.
Effect
Do not base a permanent service route on this access. Some citizens still offer no services.
How to reproduce it
- To test it, compare guard reactions before and after the related dungeon quest chain. Wowhead links the full quest guide.
- Do not treat Kirin Tor reputation as a promised Horde reward. The developer says an internal fix is planned for next week.
- Until a fix ships, record the actual build and available services rather than assuming future access.
