Description
reportedly changes rank 3 from 155 to 186 mana at 2/2. The author expected a 20% reduction to 124. Two screenshots are attached. This is a player observation, not a confirmed balance change.
Effect
Check the cost before committing points. Database names do not prove actual in-game mana consumption.
How to reproduce it
- Record rank 3 cost with 0/2 .
- After taking 2/2, compare its tooltip and actual mana loss under the same conditions.
- Include both values and your build in a report. Do not apply the 186 figure to other ranks.
