Mac: Shift and Ctrl bindings may fail while W is held

Description
reportedly prevent Shift and Ctrl ability binds from firing while W is held. Another forward movement key allows them to work. Rebinding W to move backward still reproduces the issue for this author. Alt and Cmd worked in their test.
Effect
If an instant ability fails while moving, compare it without holding W. This does not establish that every Mac binding is broken.
How to reproduce it
- Bind an instant ability to Shift+1 or Ctrl+1.
- Hold W and try it, then release W and repeat.
- Temporarily bind forward movement to another key for comparison. Save your original bindings so you can restore them.
