Mage comprehension scrolls now require standing still
All Mage scrolls from comprehension can no longer be cast while moving.

Description
Blizzard changed : they cannot be cast while moving. The same known-issues list says that some Mages may lose access to Research after learning it.
Effect
Mages need to stop briefly before using a scroll. If Research disappears, that is a known issue in the new build.
How to reproduce it
- Open the scroll you want to use and check its individual requirements.
- Stop moving before casting. A blocked cast while moving is now expected behavior.
- If access to Research disappears after learning it, save character details and report the issue to Blizzard.
