Questie 12.0.2 fixes tracker and map button errors

Description
The team released 12.0.2 with QuestieDB 1.0.4. Fixes cover tracker crashes when QuestWatch APIs are missing, re-enabling the tracker, auto-acceptance of unknown quests and a distorted world map pin button. The release timestamp is September 28 at 06:20 UTC.
Effect
Existing users get fixes for specific beta problems. New users should know the limit: the Forever support announcement says new quests and NPCs are not fully covered yet. Today’s fix list does not announce a complete new-quest database.
How to reproduce it
- Open the official release below and choose -v12.0.2+v1.0.4.zip. Use the packaged addon, not the source code archive.
- Close the game. Update the folder under Interface/AddOns in the Forever Beta client, keeping your settings. Alternatively, update through your addon manager when it lists this version.
- Restart and check the version number. Re-enable the tracker and test the map pin button if either previously failed.
- For a new quest without markers, use its quest text and built-in tracking. A missing marker does not prove that a quest or NPC is missing.
