A second player confirmed on October 1 that a Rogue helper used on , allowing the Skyborne to loot the objective.
Added oathbreaker’s comparison: a level 16 Skyborne could not obtain the robot’s quest items, while the same player’s Orc could. A link to auction house use remains an unconfirmed theory.

At 21:10 UTC on September 28, oathbreaker compared a blocked level-16 Skyborne with an Orc that received the supplies. Following replies speculate about auction-house access without confirming a cause. On October 1, Kalin-D separately reported that another Rogue on the quest used on . The blocked Skyborne could then loot the objective. This is an independent player report, not an official fix. On October 7, draconicman updated their report to say the issue persists in build 1.60.1.70245. On October 8, HalfBakedCak again reported the Skyborne block without naming a build. Their claim about level-30 quests is unverified.

Effect
Check the supplies before travelling to , the quest’s parrot. The failure is not universal: the same thread includes a successful completion.
How to reproduce it
- At level 16 or above, confirm is active in your log. Find in Ratchet.
- Talk to . Check your bags for And , rather than assuming an accepted quest includes the supplies.
- Try the dialogue first in build 70291. If blocked, report race, level, build and a screenshot. Two new success reports do not guarantee a fix for every character.
- Historical workaround: If the robot gives no supplies, ask another Rogue on the same quest to obtain and use it on . Two players report that the blocked Skyborne could then loot the objective. Each player may need a separate cracker. No official fix is confirmed.
- If you are raising Lockpicking with training boxes, try them even after their names turn grey: one player reports that they still grant skill points. This does not fix the blocked quest dialogue.
