Blizzard confirmed : trade, mail, guild banks and auctions can be restricted while suspected RMT is investigated. False positives are removed automatically and the hold alone leaves no permanent strike. The cause of the earlier individual reports remains unverified.

Description
restricts economic actions when an account is suspected of selling or receiving illicit gold. Kaivax confirmed restrictions on trade, mail, guild banks and auctions. A false positive is removed automatically after investigation. Confirmed RMT leads to account action. BWal44, ThugLyfe and Watchout previously reported Action is restricted. Blizzard has not linked those specific cases to this mechanism.
Effect
A alone does not prove misconduct. No investigation duration or way to speed it up has been announced.
