Ability

Shield Specialization

The former Enhancement talent was removed in Forever. It was briefly described as baseline in an announcement typo; a player measured the normal 5% block chance with a shield and no talent points.

Not available as a Shaman talent or confirmed baseline effect in the October 8 beta. The old spell record shows level 1, which is not a live unlock requirement.
