Blizzard adjusted progression for and ranks 1-5, ranks 1-3 and ranks 1-5. New ranks should improve on earlier ones.

Mage channeled spell. Rank 3 takes five seconds without Missile Barrage and costs 235 mana in the Forever database. The bug reporter did not identify their rank.
Mage, level 24. Within the beta's level 30 cap as of October 1.
